Saving Lives, One Paw at a Time

Kitten season is almost here, and that means the team at the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter is gearing up for one of the busiest times of the year.

In this episode of The Mayor’s Table, Mayor Duckett sits down with Amber Francisco to discuss how the shelter’s programs are creating better outcomes for animals across Farmington.

From the growing success of the foster programs to expanded spay-and-neuter efforts and the Community Cat Program, these initiatives are helping reduce overpopulation and give more animals a second chance.

With more than 4,200 animals coming through the shelter last year and over 2,200 adoptions, the impact is real, and it’s driven by a community that cares.

Want to know how you can be part of the solution? Watch the full episode to see how Farmington continues to lead with heart in caring for our four-legged friends.
